Launch of SH L!ve 20:20
What is SHLive?
Collaboration, Learning, Sharing
2019 saw the launch of the first collaborative showcase of innovation in health, safety and well-being exclusively for the highways sector. As part of our industry drive to promote collaboration to achieve better health, safety, and wellbeing within our sector, SAFER HIGHWAYS announced a brand new event for 2019. The showcase presented a unique opportunity for delegates to not only hear about but also see and experience what our peers are doing to innovate with the common goal of keeping those who work and travel upon our roads safe and well.
Further information and details of how to be involved in SH L!ve 20:20 will be released on Tuesday 1st October.
See what other's had to say
- Seeing WJ's pre-marking robot for road markings (which was really cool, if you'll forgive me geeking out)
- EasyCabin/Gap Group's Ecosmart Zero self-powered site welfare cabins that produce zero carbon emissions
- Acre Frameworks' H&S Leadership Development program, which identifies key competencies for leaders - something everyone, not just H&S leaders, could learn from
- Thought-proviking talks about what Safer Infrastructure means for TfL, Costain and Jacobs, as well as what highways can learn from the sports industry
- The event app, which reminded me of where I needed to be when I needed to be there.
Overall I thought it was a well-organised event that I'll definitely attend next year.
